An optional introductory Google Earth workshop will be conducted by Steve Kluge (Geoscience Education Consultant) on Thursday, October 2, from 8am-12pm. Those teachers who have little or no experience (or would like a refresher) working with Google Earth, are encouraged to attend the morning workshop as a prerequisite to the afternoon program on Google Earth. Steve will continue with additional Google Earth curriculum for the entire cohort as part of the PDA after lunch on Thursday. Although teachers are not required to attend the morning session, it is strongly recommended. Please RSVP to Hilary Olson if you will be attending the 8am-noon Google Earth workshop.
