Eligible Attendees:

At least one Project Director from each Mathematics Collaborative for the Texas Regional Collaboratives is required to attend this meeting.

Description

Project Director Meetings familiarize Directors with the expectations and requirements of their grant. As a part of each project's Statement of Work, at least one person must attend each of the Project Director Meetings held during the grant year. Topics such as data collection, reporting, invoicing, and professional development academies will be discussed.

Log-In Information

Please log-in at least 15 minutes before the start of the webinar. When you get to the Login screen, choose the option to "Enter as a Guest." You will then be asked to enter your name. Remember to put on and connect your headset before the webinar begins as well. We will be taking roll at the beginning of the webinar, and logging in early will help us solve any technical problems that may occur. John Solis, TRC Coordinator for Technology Initiatives will be on hand to help.  His email is john.solis@austin.utexas.edu.
