Description
Project Director Meetings familiarize Directors with the expectations and requirements of their grant. As a part of the grant specifications, at least one person must attend each of the Project Director Meetings held during the grant year. Topics such as data collection, reporting, invoicing, and professional development academies will be discussed.

Accommodations
Sleeping rooms are available at the workshop site on a first come, first serve basis at the state rate. Contact the hotel directly to make a reservation. Reservations MUST be made at least one month in advance to ensure a space at the hosting hotel. Participants will need to make their own hotel reservations in Austin. Participants should refer to the TRC when making their own room reservations.

Parking for this event will be taken care of by the TRC.
