At least one Project Director from each Science Collaborative for the Texas Regional Collaboratives is required to attend this meeting.
Project Director Meetings familiarize Directors with the expectations and requirements of their grant. As a part of the grant specifications, at least one person must attend each of the Project Director Meetings held during the grant year. Topics such as data collection, reporting, invoicing, and professional development academies will be discussed.

Participants will need to make their own hotel reservations in Houston. To get the state rate at the ZaZa Hotel, participants should refer to the TRC when making their own room reservations, AND make their reservation at least one month in advance.

If you need to drive and park at the museum, please park in the Museum Parking Garage. Do NOT park on the street. Bring parking ticket to the museum to be validated.
