Project Directors and/or their representatives for Texas Regional Collaboratives BTIM projects.
Description
Project Director Meetings familiarize Directors with the expectations and requirements of their grant. As a part of each project's Statement of Work, at least one person is strongly encouraged to attend each of the Project Director Meetings held during the grant year. Topics such as data collection, reporting, invoicing, and professional development academies will be discussed.

Accommodations
Sleeping rooms are available at the Hotel Allandale on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the hotel directly by phone to make a reservation. Reservations MUST be made at least one month in advance to ensure a space at the hosting hotel: Hotel Allandale. Please tell the reservationist to use the code "UT-TRC" when making your reservation to get the group rate.
Parking
Parking is free and abundant at the Hotel Allandale and the Ben Hur Shrine Center. The meeting site is located two blocks from the hotel. Shuttle service will be provided in the morning to the Ben Hur Shrine Center and the afternoon to the Hotel Allandale.
