Region 10 Collaborative / Richardson
Mission
The goal of this collaboration between Region 10 and Texas A&M Commerce is to develop science education leaders and to provide focused, intense training in science content, methods and procedures. Training over time better prepares teachers to strive for excellence in teaching which is directly linked to student achievement.
Accomplishments
Collaborative teachers are becoming equipped to be campus leaders by mentoring, presenting in grade level or staff meetings, training teachers, and encouraging district or grade level peers to strive for excellence in science instruction.
